Professional development for
teachers is often piecemeal, hurriedly planned under tight
deadlines and often not linked to the strategic direction
of the district. The result: frustrated teachers who perceive
that their time could be better utilized in other activities.
In response to this situation, we now offer our engaged
staff series which has as its overarching goal and purpose,
to:
- Examine and develop the personal attitudes, knowledge
and skills needed in order to succeed in the post modern
era
- Focus on the power of the individual staff member as
the driver of value creation
- Leverage each individual’s unique talents and
skills.
Our sessions run on consecutive In – service days
with a well designed support and transfer of learning system
to sustain positive results over time.
